Pumpkin Mousse Dip

To say I love everything fall would be an understatement. I love all the smells, colors, temperatures, decorations, foods, and drinks. So today, I'm sharing a recipe for a yummy dip I've recently discovered by Erin Indahl-Fink and will be making several times this fall season. It's super easy, quick, and perfect for an appetizer. Whose ready to make Pumpkin Mousse Dip:) It only uses 5 ingredients: cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, canned pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. I paired this dip with cinnamon sugar graham crackers, but honestly wasn't quite impressed with this pairing so next time I'll be trying it with apples or gingersnap cookies.

  • 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 7 oz container, marshmallow fluff

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (can also use more for dusting top)


Use a hand mixer to cream together the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until creamy. Then add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix all together until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
